EUROCORES
BASIC INFORMATION
The European Collaborative Research (EUROCORES) Programme provides large-scale project funding for trans-national teams of researchers. The European Science Foundation (ESF) provides programme coordination and logistics. Research funding is provided by participating national funding organisations.
The member organisations participate in the proposed individually oriented sub-programmes according to their own decision on the basis of evaluation of conditions in the field of science and the conditions and prospects for further development in the relevant country. These organisations finance parts of projects resolved by individuals or scientific teams in the given country. Support is provided to each team directly in accordance with the legal regulations of the individual country and the internal rules and regulations of the relevant member organisation.
