Grant Information and Tracking Application
Leading-edge platform for managing your GACR grant projects
About GRITA
GRITA is a leading-edge platform for comprehensive management of grant projects funded by GACR – from the initial Proposal to the Final Report. Based on the proven GRIS system, it offers a clear and user-friendly environment for both newcomers and experienced investigators.
WHAT’S NEW?
Easier navigation
Users can find their way around more easily thanks to a clear interface that is consistent with other public administration systems.
Changes are auto-saved
The system continuously saves the data you enter, preventing the loss of unsaved work.
Alerts about errors in Project Proposals
The system automatically checks selected data that can be verified.
Project submission without using the data mailbox system
Project Proposals will now only be submitted via GRITA – it is no longer necessary to send them through the data mailbox system.
Easier and more secure login
You can log in to GRITA using your citizen identity, for example via eObcanka (electronic ID) or online banking.
Communication with GACR
From now on, all communication related to the project will flow through the GRITA application. This change applies, for example, to the submission of change requests as well as the submission of reports on the progress of the project.
Loading data from government registers
Through its connections to other public administration systems, GRITA will enable selected data from the population register and other systems to be retrieved automatically. The systems will be implemented gradually.
Advanced collaboration among multiple users
It is now possible for multiple colleagues to collaborate on a Project Proposal. The system will always indicate who is currently working on the project (or proposal) in order to prevent duplicate or unintended changes.
User roles and new permissions
Thanks to new user roles and clearly defined permissions, the system will be even more user-friendly.
Enhanced cybersecurity
State-of-the-art security technologies and procedures protect the system and user data from unauthorised access, attacks, or misuse.
Faster response
Performance and infrastructure optimisation ensure smoother application operation and reduce page loading times.
Responsiveness
GRITA is designed to be easy to use on different devices.
